  My wife and I cannot say enough about how pain-free and fun McParland Realty made our first home buying experience. From calling up Paddy to discuss a house that we found a listing for, to seeing the entire process through with Mary, they were an unbelievable team. They have built their business around relationships and that is how they continue to operate. As a result of doing business with the McParlands, we not only acquired a relationship with a realtor we can trust, but also with a mortgage broker, lawyer, and inspector. There is no question about who we will turn to the next time we are faced with a property related decision.

  Besides being great people in general, both Mary & Paddy have great attention to detail and great customer service for their clients. I have worked with them as a lender with them on both the buyers and sellers side and they do all the little things that I would want my realtor to do. I know and see the way a lot of realtors work and they are top notch. They really have all aspects handled nicely which makes for a nice experience throughout the process. Highly recommended.
