    Without a doubt the worst interface I have ever used (that I have to pay for). Seems like they are perfectly fine with that because they know agents need this service...for now. Hopefully that will all change.

    Not too many fuel stops in MA my company can use, but Flynn's is one of them and it saved me. It has an Irish theme, and it could have been the light, but I'm fairly certain the fuel was dyed green!!

    My wife and I cannot say enough about how pain-free and fun McParland Realty made our first home buying experience. From calling up Paddy to discuss a house that we found a listing for, to seeing the entire process through with Mary, they were an unbelievable team. They have built their business around relationships and that is how they continue to operate. As a result of doing business with the McParlands, we not only acquired a relationship with a realtor we can trust, but also with a mortgage broker, lawyer, and inspector. There is no question about who we will turn to the next time we are faced with a property related decision.

  • Review of "Robert S. Brennen & Associates" at Shrewsbury

    My two encounters with Mr. Brennen proved to be extremely negative experiences. I chose Mr. Brennan from a bulk advertisement I received in the mail. It felt awful from the moment I walked in. I should have listened to my gut feeling and walked out immediately. I did not appreciate the tone and manner in which he spoke to me. He talked to me like I was a child. I found him to be condescending, impatient, irritable and argumentative. The front of the advertisement card I received in the mail stated $99 ($25 off of the regular price, of $124, for individual tax returns). I was surprised when the bill came to $181.00. When I dared to question Mr. Brennan about the $99 advertised price, he was quick to literally circle the “fine print” on the advertisement. He pointed out , “it states*additional forms & schedules priced separately”. Then he told me “you should have read the fine print”. His quick response to me about the advertised $ 99 price made me wonder if other customers had experienced the same. When I originally called to schedule my appointment, it is noteworthy to mention that I told them I wanted the $99 individual tax return price from the flyer I received in the mail. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in terms of customer service. This does not even deserve one star, the review forces me to put one star.
