  this branch is useless. I am a business owner and the tellers have no common sense knowledge and are extremely rude! I called corporate to complain of the way the teller spoke to me.

  Worst BOA branch I have ever gone to! I was visiting on business and expected this branch to have a common sense of what they are doing is FOR the people! Everything was questionable and hesitant because I was out of state! The point of using BOA is to gain access to funds when traveling with multiple branch locations. Management needs to get new tellers!!

  I agree with the rest of the reviews & must I mention that the teller I worked with was extremely arrogant, snobby and rude!! She smiled with everyone but ME & I was wearing an ADDIDAS track suit with a GOLD chain because it was an off day for me.... really? I own multiple businesses & don’t need a teller judging me. Get your act together
